RATES & CHARGES - BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

The following rates and charges will apply until further notice.

ACCOMODATION

ULUHATI LODGE
RM150-00 per room.

The maximum number of guests allowed per room is 3 pax, children below 3 years old excluded

CAMPING CHARGES ON PER NIGHT BASIS
Own tents : RM20-00 per pax.
Tents provided by Uluhati : RM30.00 per pax
Rental of campbeds : RM10.00 each

Campfire - RM100-00

KARAOKE

RM350-00 for 3 hours

MEALS (all prices on per pax basis)

The is a family run establishment, the family being only the wife and the husband. Hence we provide meals only for a minimum of 20 adult pax. with at least a week's notice.

Breakfast (mixed buffet) - RM8-00
Mid-morning Tea - RM8-00
Lunch (local kampong fare) - RM18-00
Afternoon Tea - RM8-00
Dinner (local kampong fare) - RM18-00
Barbeque - RM50-00

Children below 12 years old : 50% of the above meal rates
Children below 3years old : gratis

ACTIVITIES

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES (all prices on per pax basis)

Fishing : RM20-00, excluding catch
Jungle trekking (2 hours) : RM30-00, minimum 5 pax
bamboo rafting (2 hours with aboriginal raft guide) : RM160-00, minimum 10 pax, maximum 40 pax

Prices do not include transportation charges

SOCIO-ECONOMIC TOUR (all prices on per pax basis)
visit to Kelah farm : RM10-00 (the rare red Kelah)
visit to goat farm : RM10-00
visit to rubber estate : RM10-00
visit to local traditional confectionary : 10-00

Prices do not include transportation charges.

OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS
As Uluhati also caters for other special or specific events,e.g. family days, fruit fest, horse-camps,  team building, etc, pricing for these occasions will depend on specific needs of the guests. Hence we will only be able to quote prices after finalizing the details with the guests.



BOOKINGS

ULUHATI is an owner managed, family run establishment. Hence we do need to ensure that activities are well organized so that our guests expectations are met to the highest possible level. In view of this our booking and payment policies are as follows.

All bookings have to be made at least two (2 weeks) in advance.

In making their booking, guests are required to take into consideration all of the following:

number of pax
number of room nights required
total number of meals required for the group for the duration of the stay
types of activities the guests wish to partake and the number of participants for each activity.

Uluhati will then work out the total cost for the above.

Booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of FULL payment of the TOTAL COSTS at least two (2) weeks before arrival date.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made at least 30 days before event date in order to obtain full refund.

Any cancellation made less than 30 days before event date will not be entitled to any refund.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made in the following manner:

on-line transfers
ATM payments
bankers cheque
bank draft

with SMS or e-mail confirmation of payment made

We regret that we will not be able to accept personal cheques and/or credit cards.

All payments are to be made to the account of or in the name of the proprietor.
